Returns and Warranty

1. This product has a 60 Days warranty, If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers’part.
  2. Please contact us before you leave feedback. We will try our best to help you solve any problem.

If there is nothing wrong with the items, but you change your mind, you can return the items to us. For all returned products, buyers must contact us for the returning address.
4. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand-new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and complete accessories that came with the item.
    *All items are tested and checked to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers.

 

You are guaranteed by our 100% satisfaction on all products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Shipping 
1. Our handling time is 1 business day. We ship from US stockTracking number will be provided after shipped. Usually it will takes 2-5 business days to delivery. Local pick up is not available.

  1. Before return your product, please contact us first about your information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
